Job Summary
We are currently seeking a residential cleaner to join our team. As a residential cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of individual homes. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with floor care procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Expected hours: 4 – 8 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly bonus
Travel requirement:
- Up to 25% travel
Ability to Relocate:
- Fort Myers, FL: Relocate before starting work (Required)
